Raised humanely and entirely on pasture in pens that are moved to new grass daily. Our chickens are fed a locally grown and milled, non-GMO feed to supplement their foraging. Our chicken leg quarters are bone-in and skin on. Each package has two leg quarters (i.e. two thighs and drumsticks). They are sold frozen in butcher paper.
