Pasture raised pork

Mother Earth Farm PA raises two to four pigs annually, entirely on pasture. Our pigs are processed in early Fall by a local USDA certified butcher.

Pricing

  • Pork chops (boneless) - $10.00 per pound; approximately 1 pound per package of 2 chops

  • Breakfast and/or hot ground sausage - $10.00 per pound; approximately 1 pound per package

  • Cured bacon - $15.00 per pound; approximately 1 pound per package

  • Ribs - $10.00 per pound; weight varies

  • Cured ham - $10.00 per pound; weight varies

  • Pork butt - $10.00 per pound; weight varies

Our practices: Our pigs are raised on pasture with plenty of space to roam and root. In addition to the vegetation available for foraging, they are fed organic vegetable scraps from our farm, supplemented by locally sourced non-GMO grain and apple finished thanks to the abundance of apple trees surrounding their pasture. The pigs are processed by a local USDA certified butcher.
